The German Die Autobahn GmbH signed a 4-year contract with the Hungarian software developer Microsec Zrt. to develop the V2X PKI system for intelligent communication between vehicles.
According to the statistics, more than 500,000 vehicles capable of intelligent communication (vehicle-to-everything – V2X) are already operating in Europe. This requires real-time communication between the vehicles involved and the traffic control technology.
Microsec assumes that smart cars will already be a part of everyday life by 2025. Founded in 1984, Microsec Zrt. with around 100 employees is a specialist in electronic authentication and business solutions based on such technologies.
