The Danish furniture company, Jysk is building a new logistics center in Ecser (next to Budapest). The investment volume amounts to EUR 200 million and is being built on a 143,000 m2 area.
In addition to Hungary, the regional distribution center with 300 new jobs will also serve the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Serbia.
Jysk employs around 800 people in 90 branches in Germany. Most recently, a store was opened in Budapest shopping center Etele Plaza, further openings are planned in Kalocsa and Solymár.
