The US company ExxonMobil Hungary inaugurated a new office in the Pillar office building in Budapest. The development created 200 new jobs. This means that ExxonMobil already has over 2,000 employees in Hungary.
ExxonMobil Hungary, which mainly provides accounting and auditing services, is conducting a training program for 500 employees to increase their digital skills. The cost of the program is HUF 216 million (EUR 545,450), and the government is granting state subsidies of 50%.
The company is currently the market leader for business service centers in the Central European region. There are currently 156 service centers in Germany with a total of 70,500 employees – an increase of 50% in five years. 83% of employees in this sector have a university degree, the average age is 33 years.
