E.ON Hungária – New headquarters from 2024

The E.ON Hungária Group moves its headquarters to the BakerStreet office building in Budapest, developed by ATENOR. In the second quarter of 2024, E.ON will move into its new 16,200 square meters headquarters, which will be built in the first construction phase of the BakerStreet office campus. E.ON will be the first tenant of the Baker Street offices.

The BakerStreet project, which is BREEAM Excellent and Access4You Gold certified, is being built in the 11th district of Budapest. It consists of two buildings with a total rental area of ​​42,000 square meters.
