Hungary’s first show house park is being built in Szentendre. The project aims to promote energy consciousness and environmentally friendly construction, as well as to support domestic R&D, according to ÉMI Kft.
Construction work on the ÉMI show house park and visitor center has begun with the laying of the foundation stone. The show houses are expected to open to the public in spring 2025.
As an independent entity, ÉMI provides professionally sound, innovative solutions and a unique information base, aiming to serve as a bridge between various segments of the industry. Currently, nine houses are under construction in the park. In the coming years, further developments are planned in collaboration with industry partners, including the addition of mobile homes.
