The listed company Navigator Investments Nyrt. has completed the largest acquisition in its history with the takeover of Julius-Globe, a company based in Győrújbarát (Győr-Moson-Sopron County). The takeover increased Navigator’s turnover by 75%, its balance sheet total by 42% and its workforce by 80%.
With around 40 employees, Julius-Globe is active in the fields of automation, system planning, design and CNC precision machining, component production and engineering as well as R&D. The 1,700 square meters plant mainly produces for export.
The acquisition expands Navigator’s customer base to include well-known companies such as Knorr-Bremse, Schaeffler Group, Koenig&Bauer Group, Körber Group, Bridgestone and Siemens.
Navigator Investments achieved a turnover of almost HUF 2.3 billion (EUR 5.8 million) in 2023 and Julius Globe HUF 1.7 billion (EUR 4.3 million). That brings the combined turnover to over HUF 4 billion (EUR 10.2 million).
