Thyssenkrupp Components Technology is expanding its site in Jászfényszaru with an investment of almost EUR 60 million.
In the future, Thyssenkrupp will produce more than 2 million rotating shafts for electronic vehicles at the site near Hatvan. As the project will create 110 jobs, the state is supporting the development with HUF 4.6 billion (EUR 11.9 million).
The German automotive supplier had already invested almost EUR 110 million in Jászfényszaru at the time of the original investment decision. Jászfényszaru prevailed over 60 sites in numerous other countries in 2018.
