A drone defence technology company, RAC Antidrone Zrt., has now been founded. 4iG Nyrt. and 4iG CEO Gellért Jászai’s private equity fund iG TECH each hold 25% of the shares in RAC Antidrone Zrt. The remaining 50% is held by Rotors & Cams Zrt. – a member of the 4iG Group.
In the future, the demand for precision technologies to control drones is expected to increase significantly. RAC Antidrone offers airspace surveillance and air defense solutions against autonomous aerial vehicles for industrial, transport, defence and the civil sectors.
The development of UAV (Unmanned Air Vehicle) technologies, the integration of new technologies and their market penetration are key strategic areas within the 4iG Group.
Founded in 2014, Rotors & Cams is a leading player in the domestic market for customised UAV systems. Its solutions cover a wide range of industrial, police and military applications. One of the company’s outstanding developments is the ProTAR, a target drone developed for the Hungarian Defence Forces to support air defence. The company is a member of the Hungarian Drone Coalition (MDK).
