The WING Group has signed an agreement with GTC to acquire over 2.1 hectares of development land in Budapest’s Váci út office corridor.
According to the plans, the site will host approximately 470 residential units and a 23,000 square meters office building. The investment is scheduled to begin in 2026.
WING holds a developed portfolio of over 5.5 million square meters across all segments of the real estate sector in Hungary, Poland, and Germany. The company is the majority owner of the Echo Group, Poland’s largest real estate developer listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and of BAUWERT, a leading German residential and commercial property developer.
According to publicly available company data, WING posted revenues of over HUF 4.7 billion (EUR 12.2 million) in 2023 and nearly HUF 5 billion (EUR 13 million) in 2024. Net profit increased from HUF 1.6 billion (EUR 4.1 million) to HUF 2.8 billion (EUR 7.3 million) over the same period.
