Citibank plans to expand its operations in Hungary and create additional high-value jobs.
With more than 3,000 employees already, the U.S. banking giant ranks among the largest foreign investors in Hungary’s financial sector. Its Technology and Shared Services Center (SSC) in Hungary provides financial and IT services to clients in 95 countries and will soon take on artificial intelligence (AI) functions as part of its expanded portfolio.
The new project will be supported by government incentives, reflecting the strategic importance of Citi’s continued investment in the country.
