Point Marketing Kft. is building a new warehouse in Piliscsév. The investment costs amount to HUF 400 million (EUR 975,600). The company deals with the distribution of long-life foodstuffs and received non-refundable grants of HUF 112 million (EUR 277,900).
The new warehouse is expected to be built next to the existing 1,600 square meters warehouse by the end of the year. The investment is intended to increase the security of supply for trading partners by storing buffer stocks on state-of-the-art semi-automatic shelving systems in the building.
The company deals with wholesale of canned vegetables, fruit, fish, olives, olive oil, soup pearls, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, BBQ and Asian sauces in Hungary and Romania. Products from all over the world are sold to food retail chains and restaurants. The company’s turnover in 2020 and 2021 amounted to almost HUF 1.3 billion (EUR 3.2 million).
