Hungary’s largest five-star spa hotel is being built in Hévíz with an investment volume of almost HUF 34 billion (EUR 85 million). The investment was supported by the Kisfaludy program with almost HUF 8 billion (EUR 20 million). Over 300 new jobs will be created here.
Built on an area of 3.4 hectares, the hotel will feature unique architectural solutions and modern infrastructure and is scheduled to open its doors in spring 2025. The investor is the local company Event Horizon Capital Zrt.
The six-storey hotel complex will have 285 rooms, penthouse suites on the top floor and a special rooftop pool. Therapeutic pools of the exceptionally large spa area will be filled with thermal water from Hévíz. The hotel will house top gastronomy restaurants and bars as well as modern event and relaxation rooms.
