On behalf of the French real estate investor SCPI Affinités Pierre, Groupama Gan REIM has acquired the Green Court Office complex, an emblematic office complex of the office corridor on Váci út, for EUR 77.1 million from Codic Hungary and Pesti Házak Kft.

The complex has a total area of 20,181 square meters in two buildings. The Green Court Office is currently leased to eight international tenants, including one of the world’s largest liquor retailers, the Diageo Group.

Codic will continue its value-based urban rehabilitation projects in the capital: in the spring of 2023, the Homework office and residential project on Margit körút will be handed over, and on Váci út, the office project for the rehabilitation of the Modiano cigarette factory building is expected to be completed by 2025.

Codic has been present in Hungary since 2007 and builds category A mixed-use office buildings and high-quality residential buildings in Budapest. With the ongoing projects, Codic is developing 53,100 square meters of office space and around 300 high-quality apartments.

Groupama Gan REIM is a portfolio manager authorized by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).

Affinités Pierre SPCI is a real estate investment company for investors who wish to acquire commercial real estate for an investment period of at least eight years.
