Gránit Bank – Debut on the trading floor

Gránit Bank was transformed from a limited liability company (Kft.) into a joint stock company. Its abbreviated name is now GRÁNIT Bank Nyrt. At the same time, the existing ordinary shares of Gránit Bank were listed on the Budapest Stock Exchange.

The bank will also issue new ordinary shares. Retail investors can subscribe to these from November 26 – December 11, 2024, either via the bank’s mobile app or video banking channel at the bank’s two Budapest branches, at the 40 branches of MBH Befektetési Bank and MBH Bank, and at Equilor Befektetési Zrt. Institutional investors can submit their bids for the bookbuilding auction at Granit Bank and Equilor Befektetési Zrt. The minimum amount of the issue is HUF 7 billion (EUR 17 million), the bank’s management board may accept oversubscriptions of up to HUF 23 billion (EUR 55.6 million).

Gránit Bank’s competitive advantage is that it combines the values of traditional banks and fintech providers.
