Gloster acquires a majority stake of 51% in G-plus Consulting for EUR 1.4 million.
The Munich company was founded in 2009 to offer nearshore services of the highest quality. The company founders used to be external IT consultants for the VW Group and its subsidiary Audi. Last year, G-plus achieved an EBITDA of a good 165,000 euros with sales of EUR 1.6 million euros.
The Gloster share is traded on the Budapest Stock Exchange (BÉT), the IT company is now putting the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) at the center of its expansion strategy 2025. The company wants long-term orders for software developments not only in the automotive industry win, which are then implemented with Hungarian experts.
Gloster recently announced the establishment of four development centers in the university cities of Debrecen, Szeged, Pécs and Kecskemét, where more than 150 jobs are expected to be created by 2024.
