Gloster Infokommunikációs Nyrt. has completed its largest acquisition to date, acquiring a 94% stake in P92 IT Solutions Kft.
P92 is a company with a global enterprise customer base, closely involved in international business and a highly skilled development team. The acquisition will increase the number of Gloster Group employees from the current 208 to 340.
The international software development IT company, which also operates in London and employs 120 people, was acquired by Gloster along with its UK and US subsidiaries. P92 has a customer base of more than 100 companies with stable revenues, including global giants such as Sony Music, Blackhawk Network and medium-sized companies in Germany, such as Valuenet.
The global developer has built its success by developing innovative business applications in media, telecommunications, financial services and automotive. The company is based in Budapest, London and Palo Alto and provides professional services in the UK, Germany and the US.
In 2022, the Gloster Group reported audited revenues of HUF 6.439 billion (EUR 17.2 million), EBITDA of HUF 940 million (EUR 2.5 million) and taxed profits of HUF 414 million (EUR 1.1 million).
