Cordia – Marina City on 14 hectares

The real estate developer Cordia, a Futureal Group company, is investing more than EUR 1 billion in a completely new district in the 13th district in Budapest.

Cordia will build “Marina City” on 14 hectares. More than 2,500 apartments and 90,000 square meters of parks are to be built between the Danube bank and the main traffic route Váci út. The district is planned to be completely car-free, with underground parking and service access roads, which will also lead underground to the residential buildings.

The apartments will be built to smart home standards.

The residential quarter will also include a kindergarten and a fitness and wellness center.

By the time the foundation stone was laid in mid-April, 90 of the 178 apartments in the first construction phase, which is scheduled for completion in mid-2026, had already been sold.

The Futureal Group’s projects include the rehabilitation of the Corvin district and the development of South Buda, including Hungary’s first smart shopping center, Etele Plaza.
