Promotional gifts company Anda Present is creating 100 jobs in a new factory building constructed in Kalocsa with an investment of HUF 2.5 billion (EUR 6.4 million).
Anda Present Group was founded almost a decade ago with one and a half dozen employees. In 2017, the company inaugurated its first 700 square meters production hall. Currently, a logistics centre is being built with an investment of HUF 4 billion (EUR 10.2 million). In the first phase of the expansion, a factory, two warehouses and office space were built on a total area of 5,300 square meters, supported by government grant. In the second phase of the project, the group will build another 5,000 square meters of logistics space with its own funds.
The Anda Present Group now employs 570 people, including 265 at the production site in Kalocsa. Turnover recently increased from HUF 14.2 billion to HUF 21.1 billion (EUR 54.1 million), while net profit rose by more than HUF 2 billion to HUF 3.7 billion (EUR 9.4 million).
