4iG Group and Rheinmetall are deepening their cooperation in the strategically important sectors of defense and the international space industry.
The partners aim to strengthen their presence on the European market. The focus is on existing industrial collaborations and joint ventures in Hungary, in which the state also holds stakes. Expanding domestic industrial capacities is regarded as a top priority.
Rheinmetall currently holds a 25% stake in 4iG Nyrt. and acts as an important strategic partner of 4iG SDT Zrt.. Overall, 4iG operates 28 subsidiaries across four countries. In autumn 2025, 4iG also acquired an indirect minority stake in Rheinmetall’s Hungarian subsidiary.
