The Phlegon Group handed over a 48-megawatt solar power plant in Kiskunhalas (southern Hungary) with an investment of HUF 23 billion (EUR 59 million).
The new power plant will meet the annual electricity needs of more than 34,000 households. With an average of 2,400 hours of sunshine, it will generate 85.5 GWh of electricity per year.
The Phlegon Group’s net revenue amounted to HUF 5.75 billion (EUR 15 million) in 2022, compared to HUF 2.9 billion (EUR 7.5 million) in the previous year. The company’s profit after tax amounted to HUF 271.5 million (EUR 705,000) in 2022, compared to a profit of HUF 335.2 million (EUR 870,000) in 2021.
