The continuously expanding AutoWallis Group has acquired Share Now, the market leader car-sharing service provider in Hungary.
The listed car trading company and mobility service provider is completing the acquisition through a capital increase of HUF 4.9 billion (EUR 12.5 million). AutoWallis was already a major mobility provider in the region. Thanks to Share Now, the complete range of such services will now be covered.
Launched in 2019 as a joint venture between BMW and Daimler, the project very quickly conquered the Hungarian market as well, where Share Now now serves 100,000 registered customers with a fleet of almost 500 vehicles. This resulted in revenues of HUF 2.2 billion (EUR 5.6 million) in 2022, making Share Now the market leader in Hungary.
