The Belgian Weerts Logistics Parks (WLP) and RaktárAD are building a 241,000 square meters logistics park near Vecsés and Gyál, with an investment of EUR 175 million.
On a 60-hectare site near Budapest’s Ferenc Liszt Airport, the Belgian company WLP is building four huge halls, each with an area of 50,000 square meters, mainly for large logistics companies. Its Hungarian partner, RaktárAD is developing logistics centres specifically for SMEs and micro-enterprises. The 36,000 square meters property in the Vecsés logistics park will provide 2,000 square meters of space for smaller companies and workshops.
