Vatner Kft. – Panels for operating rooms

Vatner Kft. – manufacturer of medical equipment – handed over a panel technology plant in Kaposvár. The government funds the HUF 1.8 billion (EUR 4.41 million) investment with HUF 850 million (EUR 2 million) in EU and state funding. The investment will create 35 new jobs in addition to the existing 70 employees.

With the construction of the plant, the company is now starting to manufacture operating rooms from self-developed panels. These new operating rooms will no longer be built of brick and concrete, but of panel elements equipped with sensors. When nobody is in the room, the doors close and the operating room is automatically disinfected.
