HelloParks – an industrial real estate development company – plans to hand over three new warehouses this year. The investment is worth more than EUR 130 million. A 45,000 sqm and a 26,000 sqm hall are being built in Fót, which will be handed over in June and at the end of the year. In Maglód, preparations began for the construction of a hall, also 45,000 sqm in size, which should be completed by the end of 2022. Contributions to the sustainability of the new halls include: smart lighting, solar systems on the roof and individually adjusted heating and ventilation.
HelloParks is part of the Futureal Group and is currently developing more than 900,000 sqm of warehouse and industrial space in Maglód, Fót and Páty.
